Please consider these Policies when ordering from our Online Perfume Shop
1- Orders can not be canceled after they are received, processed and charged without a 20% restocking fee.
2- Items received in damaged condition will be replaced for the same item.
3- Orders shipped to PO Boxes or APO boxes are not tracked. Please provide a physical address, or we wil be not held responsible for losses and/or damages.
4- If the item ordered is a gift, an extra charge of $3.00 will be charged for Delivery Confirmation slip.
5- Orders placed with an incorrect address and returned will incurr additional Shipping Charges of $5.99 for delivery to the correct address - NO EXCEPTIONS
Returning Merchandise
1- Call us for an RMA number - NO EXCEPTIONS
2- Mail the items via UPS or FEDEX insured and with Tracking number. We will not be responsible for items NOT RECEIVED or not SHIPPED - Nor we will not grant any CREDIT if not received in our Warehouse.
3- Items must be UNUSED and UNOPENED.
4- Sales are FINAL for perfume sets, minis, cosmetic products.
5- Credit will be given for Products only - No refunds for SHIPPING CHARGES.
6- We do not accept claims for missing products or components in SETS after 2 days from receipt of order. Please CALL US immediately to check on an order not received withing 3 days of being placed.
Damaged Goods
Damage is unlikely, but in the rare event your purchase arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours after received your order.

Order Cancellation Policy
Prior To Shipping - If you cancel your order, once placed, but before it is shipped, you will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee deducted from the purchase credit issued.
After Shipping - We regret that we can not accept cancellations once your order has been shipped (see above). Orders which are refused at delivery will not be credited.
Cancellation Procedure
1- Please be sure to be available on the scheduled delivery day. If for any reason the package is refused or is returned due to an incorrect address or FEDEX makes 3 delivery attempts and the customer is not available, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees back to our warehouse (up to $7.99). FEDEX now charges shippers for return services, so it must be passed along to the customer.
2- Expedited shipping orders placed after 2:15 pm EST will be processed the following business day.
