How do I track my package?
Tracking information will be emailed to you from FEDEX.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your purchase arrived damaged please contact us immediately. Claims must be submitted to our customer service center within 24 HOURS. We will not be responsible for, nor issue a refund, if notified after TWO (2) business days.

We offer a wide variety of perfume products. Not all of the items are listed in our website. If you don't see the item you need call or email us, and we will see if it is available.

Returns and Exchanges
Our return policy is simple: within 28 days of receipt, you may return any item (excluding skin care-mini’s-sets) in its original condition (with the box and unused.) Just fill out the form and return it with the shipment. We will issue a full refund for the price of any item you return that meets the above condition. **Please allow 8-10 business days to process your return.**
RETURNED MERCHANDISE MUST BE IN SALEABLE CONDITION WITH MANUFACTURERS ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
Please send your package to us via insured and prepaid UPS or U.S. Mail. Sorry, shipping fees are not refundable.
